**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee queries
* Manage purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, and purchase orders
* Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and track orders
* Maintain accurate HR and procurement records
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Master’s in Business Administration
* Experience in HR administration and/or procurement
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong communication and organizational skills
**Preferred:**
* Female candidates
* Valid QID
