**About the Role** We are looking for a motivated Software Developer with strong Business Computing skills to join our team in the banking sector. This role requires not only solid technical expertise but also a strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, and business workflows. You will help design and improve systems that support essential banking functions such as client onboarding, payments, risk management, compliance, credit processes, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions * Develop and maintain software applications used in daily bank operations * Work closely with business analysts, financial experts, and end\-users to understand banking workflows * Implement functionalities related to transactions, customer management, credit processing, risk analysis, and regulatory reporting * Ensure that systems comply with banking regulations, security rules, and internal policies * Participate in testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes * Support users and troubleshoot operational issues to improve efficiency **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Degree in Business Computing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Strong programming skills in technologies such as Java, C\#, Python, SQL, or JavaScript * Understanding of business process modeling, systems analysis, and requirements gathering * Knowledge of banking concepts such as accounts, transactions, payments, loans, compliance, and risk * Experience with databases and data modeling * Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business logic into code * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)** * Previous experience in a bank, financial institution, or fintech * Familiarity with core banking systems and digital banking platforms * Knowledge of regulations (KYC, AML, Basel standards, GDPR) * Experience with workflows, BPM tools, or enterprise applications * Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps tools * Ability to document processes and propose business improvements Job Type: Full\-time
