The operator must ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency during the production process. **Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation** * Set up and operate manual die\-cut machines according to job orders. * Install dies, adjust cutting pressure, and ensure proper alignment. * Conduct test runs to ensure correct cutting quality and measurements. **Quality Control** * Inspect materials before and after cutting for accuracy, shape, and finishing. * Ensure all products meet quality, size, and design specifications. * Report defective materials, incorrect dies, or machine issues. **Maintenance \& Safety** * Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance. * Follow safety procedures while operating the machine. * Report any mechanical problems to the maintenance team. **Production Workflow** * Coordinate with the supervisor regarding daily production schedules. * Maintain production logs, material usage, and completed output. * Ensure minimal waste and efficient use of materials. **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Experience operating manual die\-cut or similar cutting machines. * Basic understanding of machine mechanics and adjustments. * Ability to read job sheets, measurements, and technical instructions. * Good attention to detail and quality control. * Physical ability to stand for long hours and handle materials. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced production environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of different dies, materials, and cutting techniques. **Work Conditions:** * Warehouse/production floor environment. * May require overtime depending on production needs. * Must follow safety rules Job Type: Full\-time
