**Job Title:** Rigging Supervisor **Industry:** Oil \& Gas **Location:** Ras Laffan, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-time \| Contract (5 months, extendable) **Working Hours:** 10 hours/day, 6 days/week **Salary:** QAR 6,000/month \+ FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transportation) **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced **Rigging Supervisor** to oversee and manage lifting and rigging operations at our site in **Ras Laffan, Qatar**. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant rigging activities in accordance with Qatar Petroleum (QP) standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting operations at the worksite. * Ensure compliance with relevant QP standards and safety regulations. * Plan, schedule, and monitor rigging activities to meet project timelines. * Conduct pre\-lift meetings and toolbox talks to ensure workforce understanding. * Inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper certification and usage. * Maintain documentation and reports related to lifting operations. * Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and crew members. * Lead and mentor rigging personnel under your supervision. **Requirements:** * **Age:** Minimum 30 years old * **Medical Fitness:** Must be certified medically fit by a **Qatar\-registered practitioner** * **Education:** Minimum **Secondary School Education** * **Experience:** * Minimum **8 years** of rigging experience * At least **3 years in a supervisory role** * **Skills:** * Strong supervisory and administrative skills * Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking **English** * **Certifications:** * Must have successfully completed **QP Approved Rigging Training** (5 days initial \+ 3 days refresher) * Must hold a **valid ID card issued by a QP Approved Training Service Provider** Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Contract length: 5 months Pay: QAR6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your Visa type * Notice Period?
