**Job Title:** Commis I **Location:** Doha, Cornich **Industry :** 5\-Star Hotel **Salary:** QAR 1,900 per month **Food Allowance:** QAR 400 per month **Accommodation \& Transportation:** Provided by the company **Working Hours:** 9 hours per day (including 1\-hour break) **Work Schedule:** 6 days per week **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Commis or similar role in a 4\- or 5\-star hotel. * Basic knowledge of international cuisine and food safety standards. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. * Assist in mise\-en\-place and ensure readiness for service. * Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. * Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
