**Job Summary:** The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes in supervision engineering projects. The role ensures the implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows, enabling effective coordination between design, supervision, and construction teams. The BIM Manager will oversee digital project delivery, enhance efficiency, and support project stakeholders in achieving compliance with BIM requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for supervision engineering projects. * Manage BIM processes across multiple projects to ensure compliance with client and industry standards. * Oversee the creation, coordination, and quality control of BIM models for supervision and construction monitoring. * Facilitate clash detection, model validation, and issue tracking to support project delivery. * Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal supervision teams to resolve BIM\-related issues. * Ensure integration of BIM data into project reporting, progress monitoring, and facility management requirements. * Train and mentor project teams on BIM tools, standards, and workflows. * Provide technical leadership in the use of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and other BIM platforms. * Support digital project handover and asset information management for clients. * Stay updated with advancements in BIM technologies, processes, and industry standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.). **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Bsc, BA or Equivalent. * Minimum 14\+ years of experience in engineering projects, with at least 5 years in BIM management. * Proven experience in supervision consultancy projects with BIM implementation. * UPDA Certification (Mandatory) **Note:** Only candidates **currently in Qatar** with valid QID and available for **immediate joining,** send resume CV to **hr@gcg.com.qa** Job Type: Full\-time
