**Section** **Job Title** محاسب Accountant **Role Purpose** Execute day\-to\-day accounting, support month\-end close, and produce core reports using Odoo, ensuring data integrity and alignment with relevant Qatar compliance requirements. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or related). * 3–6 years of accounting experience. * 1–3 years hands\-on Odoo experience (daily user). * Able to run operational tasks independently and escalate complex issues to Finance Manager/CFO. **Required Odoo Competencies** * Accounting / Invoicing: customer/vendor invoices, credit/debit notes, posting. * Payments \& Allocation: record payments and match to invoices. * Bank Reconciliation within Odoo. * Reporting: Trial Balance / General Ledger / AR\&AP Aging / P\&L / Balance Sheet. * Preferred: Analytic Accounting / Cost Centers / Projects (if used). **Key Responsibilities** * Post daily journals and validate supporting documents. * Manage AR/AP follow\-up, aging, and reconciliations. * Perform bank reconciliations, document and clear reconciling items. * Support month\-end close: accruals/prepayments, adjustments, account reviews. * Prepare monthly management reporting (summary, exceptions, open items). * Coordinate with Procurement/Sales/Stores to ensure end\-to\-end document completeness and Odoo data quality. **Work Eligibility / Practical Requirements (Qatar)** * Ready to work in Qatar l. Valid/obtainable residency status (QID) as per company policy. * Ability to complete employer transfer/change procedures if required. **Technical \& Soft Skills** * Strong Excel (pivots, reconciliations, lookups). * High accuracy, ownership, and time management. * Professional communication and stakeholder follow\-up. * Confidentiality and document governance discipline. **Preferred / Nice\-to\-have** * Experience linking Accounting with Inventory/Purchase/Sales in Odoo. * Experience with cost centers/projects (analytic tags). * Understanding of basic internal controls (access rights, segregation of duties, approvals).
