Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and cutting operations. * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. * Set up CNC machines and conduct trial runs to verify accuracy. * Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and materials. * Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime. * Monitor machine performance and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines. * Maintain documentation of programs and machining processes. **Requirements:** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam). * Strong knowledge of G\-code and M\-code programming. * Experience with CNC milling and turning machines. * Good understanding of machining processes and tolerances. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience in sheet metal or steel fabrication industry. * Knowledge of fire\-rated doors, cabinets, or industrial products manufacturing (if applicable). * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
