**JOB SUMMARY:** The Plumber is responsible for carrying out the maintenance, and repair bathroom fixtures such as faucets, water closet bidets, sewer lines, and hot and cold water lines. **1\.** **DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment, including sinks, toilets, showers, pipelines, and drainage systems. * Perform routine preventive maintenance on all plumbing networks as per hotel standards. * Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, valves, pipelines, water supply lines, and waste disposal systems. * Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently. * Ensure all plumbing work is completed in compliance with local regulations, hotel policies, and safety standards. * Assist in maintaining the hotel’s swimming pool, filtration systems, and water treatment equipment, if applicable. * Monitor water usage and report any leaks, damages, or unusual findings to the supervisor. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities. * Collaborate with other engineering team members to support overall hotel maintenance operations. * Ensure the workshop and maintenance areas are clean, organized, and safe. * Assist in emergency maintenance work during breakdowns or critical situations. * Participate in scheduled training and staff meetings as required **Qualifications \& Skills** * Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in the hospitality/hotel industry. * Technical diploma or certification in Plumbing, Mechanical, or related field. * Strong knowledge of water supply systems, piping, valves, and drainage. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards. * Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment. * Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and respond to emergencies when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a 4\-star hotel environment with minimum of (2\) years of experience. * Knowledge of mechanical, or general maintenance tasks. * Multiskilled technician experience is an added advantage.
