We are hiring \- Tender Manager Local candidates only Core Responsibilities: · Tender Review \& Analysis · Study tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. · Identify scope, risks, and compliance requirements. · Strategy \& Planning · Develop tender strategy with management. · Coordinate pricing, methodology, and execution plan. · Coordination \& Communication · Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. · Lead internal teams (technical, commercial, procurement). · Costing \& Pricing · Prepare cost estimates and ensure competitive pricing. · Review supplier/subcontractor quotations. · Documentation \& Submission · Prepare technical and commercial proposals. · Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines. · Risk \& Compliance · Assess contractual, technical, and financial risks. · Ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards. · Negotiation \& Clarifications · Handle pre\- and post\-tender clarifications. · Support negotiations for final award. · Handover \& Follow\-up · Ensure smooth handover to project execution team after award. · Maintain records and feedback for continuous improvement.
