The candidate will be responsible for managing geospatial data, developing GIS solutions, and supporting project teams with accurate mapping, analysis, and integration of spatial information to enhance project planning, execution, and monitoring for building construction projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect, analyze, and interpret geospatial data related to building construction projects. * Develop and maintain GIS databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of project data. * Prepare detailed maps, drawings, and 3D visualizations to support design, planning, and construction teams. * Integrate GIS data with CAD and BIM systems to improve project coordination and decision\-making. * Conduct spatial analysis to support project feasibility, design optimization, and site assessments. * Provide GIS\-based reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and client requirements. * Support project teams with GIS training, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to enhance efficiency using GIS solutions. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **10 years total experience**, with at least **5 years in a similar GIS Specialist role** within building construction projects. * Strong proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar). * Experience with CAD, BIM integration, and data interoperability. * Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, spatial databases). * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and presentation skills. * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Familiarity with Qatar’s construction industry standards and regulations is preferred Job Type: Full\-time
