**Job Title: NOC Engineer (L1\)** **Responsibilities:** * Monitor network, server, and application dashboards for alerts. * Perform first\-level troubleshooting on network and system issues. * Log, track, and resolve incidents within SLAs. * Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required. * Coordinate with ISPs/vendors for connectivity or hardware issues. * Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handover reports. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Familiarity with Windows/Linux systems. * Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. FreshService, Ivanti) * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, Azure Native Tools). * Strong analytical and communication skills. * Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts. **Preferred:** Azure / CCNA / Network\+ / ITIL Foundation or similar certifications.
