* Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using **Primavera (P6\) / MS Project**. * Track project progress, analyze delays, and implement corrective measures. * Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and client review. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely execution. * Support project controls, planning, and cost tracking activities. * 7–10 years of proven experience as a **Planning Engineer** in Oil \& Gas projects. * Strong knowledge of **Primavera P6 / MS Project** and project planning methodologies. * Familiarity with project controls, resource allocation, and risk management. * Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. * Ability to work in fast\-paced, multidisciplinary project environments. * **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical **Remarks:** Oil \& Gas project experience is mandatory.
