





We are looking for a **Temporary Administrative Assistant** to support our daily operations. **Duty Time** : 4 PM to 9 PM **Date of Joining**: 10th November 2025 **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer and manage phone calls with basic phone etiquette * Respond to messages and emails promptly and professionally * Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for routine tasks * Use Canva for basic designs (an advantage) * Handle basic cash journal entries * Operate office equipment such as scanners and printers * Maintain good customer relations **Requirements:** * Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) * Basic knowledge of cash journal handling * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools * Canva skills preferred * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Experience with office equipment (scanner, printer) * Customer service orientation **Preference:** * Malayalam, Hindi, English language * Prefer andidates with family sponsorship **Other Details: Experience certificate will be provided upon completion** Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 2 months Pay: QAR1,500\.00 \- QAR2,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required)
