**Position Title:** Presales Associate **Department:** B2B **Work Location:** Onsite – Qatar **Job Summary** We are seeking a **Presales Associate** to support solution design and technical delivery of ICT products. The role involves assisting sales with solution proposals, conducting technical presentations, and managing installations, configurations, and product deliveries at client sites. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, client\-oriented, proactive, and fluent in English (Arabic highly preferred). **Key Responsibilities** **Pre\-Sales** * Collaborate with Sales Associates to understand customer requirements and propose CT solutions. * Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and bills of material (BOMs). * Support RFP responses, partner portal submissions, and deal registrations. **Implementation \& Delivery (Post\-Sales Execution)** * Install, configure, and commission networking, cloud, and ICT products. * Conduct on\-site deliveries, system setup, and testing to ensure successful handover. * Prepare installation reports, user documentation, and handover materials. * Provide first\-line troubleshooting and escalate issues to support when necessary. * Ensure compliance with service standards and SLA requirements. **Collaboration** * Work closely with Sales Associates to ensure smooth project execution. * Participate in technical training and certifications to maintain up\-to\-date expertise. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in pre\-sales, IT engineering, or field installations. * Knowledge of networking, servers, storage, or cloud systems. * Hands\-on experience with system setup, hardware installation, or software configuration. * Strong communication and client\-facing skills. * **Language:** English fluency required; Arabic proficiency highly preferred. * Additional IT certifications (CCNA, MCNA, CompTIA, VMware, etc.) are an advantage. * **Must have a valid Qatar driving license and own car.** * **Must be under 35 years old.** * Proactive and **go\-getter personality.** Job Type: Full\-time License/Certification: * Driving License And Own Car (Required)
