* Review and interpret MEP designs, drawings, and specifications for villa projects * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems * Supervise site execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international standards (e.g., QCDD, Kahramaa) * Manage subcontractors and monitor project timelines and safety protocols * Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems * Prepare technical reports, material submittals, and method statements * Resolve technical issues and support change management during execution Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR6,000\.00 per month Experience: * MEP Site Engineer: 5 years (Required) Language: * English\& Arabic (Required)
