




We are Hiring **Sales Engineer \- Heavy Equipment \& Machinery** to join our company in **Doha, Qatar.** ***Responsibilities:*** ● Create and implement effective sales \& rental strategies to drive revenue growth for Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Spider Lifts, Telehandlers and Truck\-Mounted Boom Lifts. ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. ● Actively engage with UG Service and Operations teams to maintain customer retention. ● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. ● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Use insights to adjust strategies and expand UG’s market presence. ● Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Adjust tactics based on performance data to achieve targets. ***Qualifications \& Experience:*** \- **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering**. \- **3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales,** specifically within the heavy equipment and machinery industry in Qatar. \- Demonstrated success in selling and renting Aerial Work Platforms, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Telehandlers and Truck\-Mounted Boom Lifts. \- **Mandatory Valid Qatar Driving License.** \- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. \- Demonstrated expertise in Qatar Market dynamics and trends.
