




**Hiring: Service Coordinator – Home Appliances (Post\-Warranty / Warranty), Qatar** We are looking for a dynamic **Service Coordinator** to manage and expand the after\-sales service business (Post\-Warranty / Warranty) for **Home Appliances (HA)** in Qatar. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage service operations for HA products (Repairs, AMCs, Paid Services). * Build strong customer relationships \& ensure prompt complaint resolution. * Drive revenue through AMCs, paid service campaigns, and spare parts sales. * Lead \& train technicians for efficient service delivery. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Consumer Protection laws. **Requirements** * Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or Business Management. * **2–5 years’ experience** in HA service operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. * Strong knowledge of HA products (Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs, Cooking Ranges, etc.). * Experience with leading brands such as **LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, etc.** preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication \& problem\-solving skills. * English mandatory; Arabic an advantage. * Qatar Driving License preferred. **Benefits** * Attractive salary \+ allowances . * Incentives linked to service revenue \& customer satisfaction. * Housing, transportation, and medical benefits. **Location:** Qatar Interested candidates can share their CVs Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From QAR4,500\.00 per month
