Manage a team · Flexible hours and hard working Domain: Airline domain knowledge (Reservation, DCS, ETKT, Fares) · Manual Testing · Hands on experience in QC/ALM (added advantage) · Good Communication skills Management: Should have handled a team of 15\+ resources and should be people oriented - Knowledge and working in Agile methodology and Agile metrics is required - Should be good in test strategy, recommendations, testing metrics, Testing Lifecycle, test processes and test estimation - Should be able to propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, provide test strategy and metrics recommendations to customer and other stakeholders - Excellent client handling skills and oral and written communication, however respecting the principles of working with self\-organised Agile teams - Should also be able to coach and mentor team members
