The candidate should be proficient in handling stamp\-making equipment, preparing artwork, engraving, and assembling customized rubber stamps for clients with accuracy and speed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate **stamp\-making machines** (laser engraving, polymer, or flash stamp machines). * Prepare artwork and layouts for stamp designs using **basic graphic design software** (e.g., CorelDRAW, Illustrator). * Handle materials such as rubber sheets, polymer, flash foam, and acrylic for stamp production. * Cut, engrave, and mount stamp dies on handles accurately. * Ensure high\-quality output, correct spelling, and sharp impressions. * Maintain and clean stamp\-making equipment regularly. * Manage stock of stamp raw materials and report shortages. * Deliver orders within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and neat finishing. * Troubleshoot minor technical issues with stamp machines. * Collaborate with the design and sales team for custom stamp requirements. * Maintain a safe and organized workstation. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **stamp making** (rubber, flash, or polymer stamps). * Basic knowledge of **graphic design software** for preparing stamp artwork. * Familiarity with engraving/printing machines. * Strong attention to detail and quality control. * Ability to work under tight deadlines. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in printing / gift industry preferred.
