* BSc in Engineering (Masters preferred), MMUP Grade A, PMP, CCP. * 15\+ years of experience in cost estimation \& project planning. * Must be proficient in Primavera P6\. * Expertise in stakeholder management for government permits. * Prepare cost estimations, execution strategies, and budget analyses. * Develop tender documents, technical specifications, and conduct bid evaluations. * Analyze cash flow and prepare detailed budget reports. * Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6\. * Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain necessary building approvals and permits. * Ensure compliance with Kahramaa’s and international standards.
