




**Position: Office Secretary / Administrator** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Company:** United Lebanese for Decoration (ULD) **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Office Secretary / Administrator** with knowledge of **joinery and fit\-out works**. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily office administration, preparing documents, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and supporting project teams. **Responsibilities:** * Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing. * Prepare quotations, invoices, and project\-related documents. * Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. * Support project managers in scheduling and follow\-ups. * Maintain records and ensure smooth office operations. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as an office secretary/administrator in **joinery or construction** companies. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Knowledge of joinery/fit\-out terminology and processes. * Must be available in **Qatar** with transferable visa/NOC.
