The Engineering Coordinator serves as the central interface between engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams for an offshore EPC project. The role ensures technical integrity, alignment of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables, and smooth information flow from design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in coordinating offshore engineering packages, supporting construction readiness, and maintaining schedule and quality compliance. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Engineering Coordination** * Coordinate and track all multidisciplinary engineering deliverables (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, structural, process, etc.) in line with project milestones. * Interface with client and engineering contractor to review and approve drawings, data sheets, and technical documents. * Ensure engineering deliverables are consistent with project specifications, standards, and offshore requirements. **2\. Interface \& Communication** * Act as the focal point between onshore engineering offices and offshore execution teams. * Liaise with fabrication yards, offshore construction, and commissioning teams to resolve technical queries (TQs, NCRs, RFIs). * Facilitate coordination meetings between engineering, procurement, and construction teams for timely closure of action points. **3\. Project Control \& Documentation** * Monitor and report progress of engineering deliverables against plan; highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions. * Manage document transmittal and revision control via EDMS (e.g., Aconex, SmartPlant, SharePoint). * Maintain technical logs and ensure full traceability of changes and approvals. **4\. Technical \& Compliance** * Ensure design compliance with QatarEnergy and international standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO, NORSOK). * Support constructability and HSE reviews; ensure lessons learned are incorporated. * Participate in offshore site surveys and pre\-commissioning readiness checks. **5\.
