We are currently looking for a **qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor** with a strong background in **metal and steel works** to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and project valuations for steel and metal fabrication works. * Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy in quantity and cost assessments. * Monitor project budgets, variations, and progress claims. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with project requirements. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in QS works related to steel and metal fabrication projects. * Excellent knowledge of estimation, measurement, and cost control procedures. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office and QS\-related software. **Work Location:** Almana Plaza, Bin Mahmoud **Salary Range:** QAR **4,000 – 5,000** (depending on experience and qualifications) **Availability:** Immediate joiners are preferred.
