




Primary Purpose of the Job: Plan, supervise and control the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of all control the Industrial Automation Control Systems and Instrument Services / Fire \& Gas system, Traffic Light Systems, HVAC control systems, Chillers \& Central Plant Control Systems, Treatment Plant control systems, Irrigation Pumps Control Systems, Sewage Pits Control Systems, Potable Pumps Control Systems, Fire Water Pump Control Systems, \& Industrial Communication Networks Systems, maintenance and budget. Manage reliability of Industrial Automation Control, Instrumentation, Industrial Communication, Fire Alarm System, Traffic Systems, RLC security systems, HVAC control systems, Chillers \& Central Plant, and Utility Control Plants, Industrial Control Systems, Instruments, Redundancy PLC \& SCADA Systems, DCS, BMS \& DDC, Designing, Installation, Programming, Testing and Commissioning, UPGRADING \& Integration to satisfy customers and QatarEnergy users. Enforce the application of QatarEnergy \-Corporate legislations, regulations, policies and standards to sustain the functionality and integrity of RLC. Infrastructure in Ras Laffan Industrial City. Co\-ordinate provision of Communication Infrastructure to QatarEnergy end users, Contractors, Tenants and strive to maximize the return on QatarEnergy investment for Communication Infrastructure in RLC with focused maintenance \& allocation policies. Required Experience and Skills: * 10 years of total experience in relevant field with proven track records. * Good working knowledge of Passive Infrastructure allocation and management and GIS software packages. * Sound Leadership, Negotiation, Report writing, Analytical and Problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) Standards, rules \& regulations in respect of. Communications passive infrastructure. * Awareness of HSE safety procedures \& standards for Oil/Gas/Marine environments. * Familiarity of working in a SAP\- ERP environment is preferred. Educational Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Equivalent. * Minimum 5\-7 years of total experience in design, installation, and maintenance of Communication Infrastructure and network elements. Must be well versed maintenance activities and manpower management. Previous experience in Oil \& Gas field communication systems preferred. **OR** * Diploma in Electronics \& Telecommunication Engineering
