Job Title: **Sales Engineer / Sales Executive – Fire Protection Systems** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales Engineer or Executive with proven experience in **Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting fire protection solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. **Key Responsibilities** · Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire protection systems (fire alarm, fire suppression, sprinklers, extinguishers). · Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to understand project requirements. · Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications and regulatory standards. · Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. · Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and government authorities. · Stay updated on QCDD regulations, NFPA standards, and local fire safety codes. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Education \- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field * Experience \- Minimum 3–5 years in sales of fire protection systems * Technical Knowledge \- Familiarity with fire alarm panels, suppression systems, and QCDD norms. * Certifications (Advantage) \- UPDA, NFPA training, or equivalent Skills \- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Language \- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus License \- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory) **Preferred Attributes** · Self\-motivated and target\-oriented · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Strong client relationship management · Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting Send your applications at recruitment@naffco.com or najergubat.hh@outlook.com Job Type: Full\-time Experience: * Fire Protection Systems: 3 years (Preferred)
