




***Key Responsibilities*** * Receive, review, classify, and distribute all project documents according to company procedures. * Maintain document control systems, ensuring version control, tracking, and archiving. * Support project teams in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. * Assist in contractor and client communication, including submitting and tracking documents. * Handle administrative tasks, such as office supplies management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. * Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements regarding documentation. * Maintain accurate records of project approvals, submittals, and correspondences. * Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely document processing. ***Qualifications \& Experience*** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Document Controller or Admin in oil \& gas, EPC, or construction projects. * Proficient in MS Office and document management systems; knowledge of SharePoint or project control software is a plus. * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Preferred Attributes * Experience in oil \& gas or engineering projects. * Familiarity with project workflows, approvals, and technical documentation.
