**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior Data Governance Engineer** with a strong background in implementing and managing enterprise\-wide **Data Governance platforms**. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with tools such as **Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Select Star**, and possess an in\-depth understanding of **data governance frameworks**, **data quality management**, and **metadata\-driven architecture**. You will play a key role in establishing, optimizing, and enforcing data governance policies, standards, and frameworks across the organization, ensuring high data integrity, compliance, and accessibility for critical business functions, particularly in **financial services** and **asset management** domains. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and maintain **enterprise\-wide Data Governance frameworks** and operating models. * Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of **Data Governance platforms** such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or Select Star. * Implement and manage **Data Catalog**, **Data Quality**, and **Data Lineage** modules. * Define and enforce **data standards, policies, and procedures** to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (GDPR, BCBS 239, etc.). * Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to drive consistent data definitions and metadata management practices. * Monitor and report on **data quality KPIs**, governance maturity, and compliance levels. * Support the design and execution of **data quality improvement initiatives**. * Serve as a **subject matter expert** (SME) on data governance tools and best practices. * Mentor and guide junior data governance or data management team members. * (Bonus) Lead or participate in **Informatica Cloud** data governance solution implementations. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * **10\+ years** of professional experience in **Data Management / Data Governance**. * Minimum **3 years of hands\-on experience** implementing or managing enterprise Data Governance tools (e.g., **Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Select Star**). * Proven track record in configuring and maintaining **Data Catalog**, **Data Quality**, and **Data Lineage** modules. * Strong understanding of **metadata management, master data management (MDM)**, and **data privacy frameworks**. * **STEM degree** (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field) preferred. * Experience in **asset management** or **investment banking** is a strong advantage. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of **Informatica Cloud** implementation is a plus. **Key Skills:** * Data Governance Platforms (Informatica, Collibra, Atlan, Alation, Select Star) * Data Catalog, Data Quality, and Data Lineage Implementation * Metadata and Master Data Management * Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, BCBS 239\) * Financial Services Data Architecture * Data Governance Frameworks (DAMA\-DMBOK, DCAM) * Cloud Experience (preferably Azure or AWS) Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What is your native language? * Have you implemented enterprise\-wide Data Governance platforms? * Do you have hands\-on experience implementing or configuring Informatica Cloud?
