We are seeking a skilled **Architectural Draftsman** with strong expertise in **Revit** to support the design and documentation process for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings and BIM models. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare **architectural drawings and construction documents** using **Revit**. * Develop **3D BIM models**, floor plans, sections, elevations, and details. * Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to update design changes. * Revise drawings based on markups and client feedback. * Maintain drawing and model accuracy through all design phases. * Organize and maintain drawing files and document control systems. * Participate in site visits and surveys if required. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** * Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * **2\+ years** experience in drafting or architectural documentation. * **Proficiency in Revit** is a must. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD**, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus. * Understanding of **BIM standards** and model coordination. * Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and detailing. * Ability to interpret architectural plans, sketches, and verbal instructions. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities.
