We’re looking for a friendly, bilingual (Arabic–English) Client Service Representative who loves animals and enjoys being the face of a busy, modern veterinary clinic. Who You Are * Fluent in Arabic and English * Animal lover or pet owner — genuinely comfortable around cats and dogs * Friendly, social, and professional with a warm personality * Confident under pressure and naturally organized * Experienced in a customer service or front desk role (hospitality, medical, retail, or service\-based business) * Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) * Quick learner, open to new digital tools and automation * Strong work ethic and team player What You’ll Do * Welcome clients and pets with empathy and professionalism * Manage a busy reception area and keep things running smoothly * Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with clarity and care * Schedule and confirm appointments accurately * Process check\-ins, check\-outs, invoices, and payments * Coordinate with vets, nurses, and groomers to maintain a smooth daily flow * Keep client information updated and accurate * Help with client reminders, feedback tracking, and simple marketing tasks What We Offer * Supportive, pet\-friendly team environment * Ongoing training in client service, automation tools, and workflow systems * Modern, structured workplace that values empathy and accountability * Opportunities to grow and contribute to how we improve client experience Details * Location: Doha, Qatar * Schedule: Full\-time, shift\-based (includes weekends and holidays on rotation) * Compensation: QAR 4,500–7,000 per month, based on experience Why Parkview We’re not a typical clinic front desk.
