**Job Title: PTW / CAFM Coordinator**
**Location:** Hamad International Airport
**Employment Type:** Contract (6 Months – Extendable)
**Working Days:** 6 Days / Week
**Salary:** 4,000\.00 QAR Full Package (All\-inclusive of all benefits and allowances )
**Job Summary**
Our client a global technology and smart infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **PTW / CAFM Coordinator** to support project execution at **Hamad International Airport**. The role involves managing the **Permit to Work (PTW)** process, coordinating **CAFM tasks**, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accurate documentation in close coordination with the Project Manager, Customer, and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate with the **Project Manager** to align PTW and CAFM activities with the project execution schedule.
* Prepare and manage **Permit to Work (PTW) plans** for applicable work areas.
* Apply for permits, track approvals, and ensure **PTW availability on time**.
* Manage **PTW opening and closing processes** in accordance with site procedures.
* Coordinate with **relevant stakeholders and authorities** to obtain timely approvals.
* Arrange, compile, and submit **all required PTW documentation**, both internally and with the Customer.
* Coordinate with the Customer for **release, scheduling, and notification of CAFM tasks** to concerned Managers and Engineers.
* Apply for permits within required timelines and **close CAFM tasks on time** by collecting inputs, reports, and supporting documents from Engineers.
* Closely monitor **open CAFM tasks** and ensure timely closure to **avoid penalties or non\-compliance**.
* Maintain and organize **all PTW and CAFM documentation** as per project and customer requirements.
* Ensure close coordination with the Customer on **CAFM system updates and documentation** within agreed timelines.
* Prepare **service reports** and ensure on\-time submission to support the **invoicing process**, coordinating with the Customer and Commercial team.
**Skills \& Experience**
* Strong understanding of **Permit to Work (PTW)** processes in operational or live environments.
* Hands\-on experience with **CAFM systems** for task creation, tracking, and closure.
* Excellent coordination and follow\-up skills with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines in a controlled environment such as an airport.
**Qualifications**
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Facilities Management, Administration**, or a related field.
* **3–6 years** of relevant experience in **PTW coordination, CAFM administration, or facilities/project coordination**.
* Experience working in **airports, hospitals, malls, or large operational facilities** is an advantage.
* Good **English communication skills** (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in **MS Office** and CAFM platforms.
