Strong focus on safety standards and efficient work coordination **Job Summary** We are urgently hiring an experienced **Millwright Technician** for an ongoing industrial project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, alignment, and repair of rotating and static equipment in Oil \& Gas or heavy industrial environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, and turbines * Carry out equipment dismantling, overhauling, and reassembly activities as per manufacturer standards * Perform shaft alignment (laser/dial gauge), leveling, grouting, and coupling installation * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule * Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and work instructions * Perform troubleshooting and root cause identification of mechanical faults * Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures during all activities * Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete work efficiently * Maintain daily work reports and ensure proper housekeeping at the work site **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Millwright Technician in Oil \& Gas / industrial projects * Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and rotating equipment * Experience in alignment, installation, and mechanical overhauls * Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and equipment manuals * Knowledge of safe work practices and permit\-to\-work systems * Physically fit and able to work in industrial site conditions * Immediate availability preferred Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
