Ensure safety compliance and quality of work **HIRING: FACILITY SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Palm Tower B, West Bay **Salary:** QAR 4,400 (Full Package – No FAT) **Start Date:** Immediate **Duty Hours:** 11 hours/day **Weekly Off:** 1 day **Role Overview** We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Facility Supervisor** to manage daily operations, maintenance activities, and site coordination. The candidate must ensure smooth facility operations, safety compliance, and timely completion of all maintenance works. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily attendance and shift reporting * Ensure proper shift handover and communication * Supervise building systems: HVAC, Fire Fighting, CCTV, BMS, lighting, pumps \& access control * Conduct daily toolbox talks * Supervise subcontractors and track work progress * Handle Reactive \& PPM work orders * Prepare Material Requests (MR) and coordinate with stores * Develop Scope of Work (SOW) * Monitor contractor attendance and performance * Attend meetings and maintain reports * Manage emails and site coordination * Inspect completed works and ensure quality * Conduct HSE inspections and enforce safety compliance * Perform random site checks * Close work orders and maintain reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) * Coordinate night shift handover and security team **Requirements** * Experience in **Facilities Management** * Strong knowledge of building systems * Good leadership and team handling skills * Strong communication and reporting ability **Apply via WhatsApp:** **\+974 3030 8334 (No Calls)** Pay: Up to QAR4,300\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
