Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our group of restaurants in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, leading kitchen teams, managing costs, and driving culinary innovation across multiple concepts. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple restaurant outlets. * Develop and implement menus that align with brand standards and market trends. * Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service standards. * Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships. * Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. * Collaborate with management on business development and new restaurant concepts. Qualifications * Minimum 8 years of culinary experience, including at least 3 years as an Executive Chef. * Experience managing multiple restaurant outlets. * Strong knowledge of food costing, menu engineering, and kitchen operations. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * GCC experience preferred. * Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
