Summary: Seeking a dedicated QA/QC professional to implement and monitor quality activities, ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy standards and international codes in Oil & Gas or EPC projects. Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, and testing for quality **Local Hiring Only**! **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor QA/QC activities in accordance with QatarEnergy standards, project specifications, and applicable international codes. * Perform inspections and ensure compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures. * Coordinate material inspections, site inspections, and testing activities with clients, consultants, and third\-party inspection agencies. * Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records. * Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements. * Raise and monitor Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in internal quality audits and support external/client quality audits. * Ensure all work is executed in compliance with QatarEnergy quality standards and project requirements. * Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality\-related issues. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. * Minimum **5 years** of QA/QC experience in Oil \& Gas, Industrial, or EPC projects. * **Mandatory QatarEnergy project experience.** * Strong knowledge of **QatarEnergy Quality Requirements, Inspection Procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable international standards.** * Experience in inspection, material receiving inspection, documentation, NCR management, and quality reporting. * **ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor Certification** is preferred. * Relevant certifications such as **CSWIP 3\.1, BGAS, NACE, or ASNT Level II** will be an added advantage, depending on the discipline. * Must be **locally available in Qatar** with a valid QID (transferable visa/NOC preferred). **Local Hiring Only \| Immediate Joiners Preferred** Work Location: In person
