The ideal candidate should be currently available in Qatar and have a solid understanding of core HR functions. **Requirements:** * Gender: Male * Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR or related field * Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR role * Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, documentation, etc.) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory * Good communication and organizational skills **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and onboarding processes * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Handle employee relations and HR support activities * Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting * Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws etc. **Preferred:** * Candidates available locally in Qatar and ready to join immediately Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
