Hands-on and detail-oriented in fast-paced IT environments **Job Summary** CillyFox Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Support Specialist / System Administrator** to join our team in Umm Salal Mohammed, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of networks and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is hands\-on, detail\-oriented, and experienced in managing IT environments in a fast\-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls * Monitor system performance and ensure network security * Troubleshoot system and network problems efficiently * Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance * Support IT infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls * Document IT procedures and maintain system logs **Requirements / Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * 2–5\+ years of experience in IT support or system administration * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems * Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) * Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and in a team * Must be based in Qatar or willing to relocate **Salary \& Benefits (Qatar Market)** **Salary:** QAR 8,000 – QAR 14,000 per month (depending on experience) **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Annual leave and public holidays * Performance\-based incentives * Professional development opportunities * Career growth within the company **Application Process** Interested applicants may submit their CV/Resume through Indeed. **Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR8,000\.00 \- QAR14,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
