As we expand our services in Lusail, we are seeking a dedicated Moving Services Coordinator to join our team. **Role Overview** The Moving Services Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing relocation projects from start to finish. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, moving crews, and logistics teams to deliver timely, efficient, and stress\-free moving experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate residential and commercial moving operations from booking to completion * Communicate with clients to understand moving requirements and provide accurate service plans * Schedule moving crews, transport, and equipment efficiently * Prepare quotations, job orders, and service documentation * Monitor ongoing moves to ensure timely execution and service quality * Resolve client concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records of schedules, inventory, and job reports * Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize workflow **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field * Previous experience in logistics, relocation, or coordination roles preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, field\-driven environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools * Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to grow within a leading moving and logistics company * Dynamic and supportive work environment * Career development opportunities in operations and logistics **How to Apply** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience.
