**Key Responsibilities:** **Mechanical (M):** * Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, generators, elevators, and other mechanical equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical system failures. * Ensure mechanical systems are compliant with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. **Electrical (E):** * Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, wiring, lighting, and backup power systems. * Conduct regular testing of electrical circuits and equipment. * Respond promptly to electrical emergencies to minimize downtime. **Plumbing (P):** * Maintain water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and firefighting systems. * Inspect and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and pumps. * Ensure proper operation of water distribution and drainage systems. **General Duties:** * Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks and document all activities. * Coordinate with contractors or service providers for specialized repairs or installations. * Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment. * Ensure all activities comply with building codes, health, and safety regulations. * Provide reports on system performance, faults, and maintenance schedules. **Qualifications:** * Technical Diploma, Engineering Degree, or relevant certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing. * Proven experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in residential or commercial buildings. * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and preventive maintenance practices. **Skills:** * Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting * Plumbing repair and maintenance * Preventive maintenance planning * Safety compliance and awareness * Good communication and teamwork Job Type: Full\-time
