Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies **Administrator (Admin Officer)** **Job Summary** We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and provide support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily office operations and administrative activities. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. * Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. * Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents. * Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Monitor and maintain office supplies and place orders when needed. * Assist with vendor coordination and service providers. * Support HR with employee records, onboarding, and other administrative tasks. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow. * Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents. * Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. * Minimum of 1\-2 years of experience in an administrative role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
