The Role Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly driven HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support our organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, strengthening employee relations, overseeing recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and driving a positive and productive work culture. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can align people initiatives with overall business objectives and serve as a trusted advisor to management. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives. • Provide guidance to senior management through HR metrics, insights, and decision support tools. • Lead continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and practices. Employee Relations \& Engagement • Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and demands professionally. • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating workplace culture. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and manage conflict resolution with professional mediation. Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning • Oversee the full recruitment and selection cycle for all roles, including management and executive positions. • Ensure department\-wise and division\-wise recruitment processes are effectively executed. • Support future business needs through effective workforce planning and talent development. Performance \& Compensation Management • Oversee the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness, consistency and high performance. • Maintain compensation structures, pay plans, and benefits programs. • Identify training needs and ensure implementation of relevant development programs. HR Operations \& Compliance • Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company HR policies. • Oversee employee leave management, resignations, and terminations. • Conduct ongoing reviews of HR policies to stay aligned with best practices and legal updates. Team Leadership • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the HR team. • Build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Authority • Enforce company HR policies and Qatar Labour Law. • Lead recruitment, selection, and employee lifecycle management. • Approve employee leave and manage disciplinary, termination, and resignation processes. Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including leadership in a similar role. Skills \& Competencies • Strong knowledge of HR management, benefits administration, performance management, compensation structures, and employee classification. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to develop HR strategy and drive results. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels. • In\-depth understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices. • People\-oriented, with strong leadership and problem\-solving abilities.
