




We are seeking a dynamic and sales\-driven **Clinic Manager** to oversee operations at our aesthetic clinic in , Al Duhail Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in aesthetic clinic management, a proven track record in sales and revenue generation, and the ability to lead a high\-performing team while maintaining exceptional patient service standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and premium service delivery. * Drive **sales growth**, maximize treatment conversions, and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets. * Conduct patient consultations, explain treatment options, and support in upselling and cross\-selling services. * Lead, train, and motivate clinic staff to achieve performance objectives and uphold service excellence. * Implement marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, patient retention programs, and partnerships to strengthen clinic visibility. * Ensure compliance with **Qatar healthcare regulations** and internal clinic protocols. * Monitor clinic KPIs, track performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management. * Oversee patient scheduling, clinic workflow, stock management, and vendor coordination. * Handle patient concerns professionally and enhance overall patient satisfaction. * Maintain a clean, organized, and patient\-centered environment while supporting teamwork and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as a Clinic Manager or similar role in an aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology clinic. * Strong **sales background** with proven results in achieving revenue and conversion targets. * Excellent communication, leadership, and customer handling skills. * Hands\-on knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare services, and clinic operations. * Familiarity with **Qatar healthcare standards** and regulatory requirements (QCHP experience preferred). * Ability to multitask, solve problems, and perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a customer\-focused approach.
