Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance **Job Title**: Finance Lead **Location**: Doha, Qatar **Job Type**: Full Time **Job Description**: The Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. This role provides strategic financial guidance to support business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and maintain the company's financial health. **Key Roles \& Responsibilities** * Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. * Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability. * Develop and manage annual budgets and track performance against financial targets. * Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions. * Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. * Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements. * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities. * Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures. * Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Support senior management with financial planning, business forecasting, and investment evaluations. * Lead and mentor finance team members, ensuring high performance and professional development. * Monitor costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings. * Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting, procurement, and financial planning activities. * Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts, balance sheets, and financial records. * Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive management and stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
