Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Engineering Lead** to oversee technical teams, manage complex projects, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering solutions. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster innovation while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * **Project Leadership**: Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. * **Team Management**: Supervise, mentor, and inspire engineers to achieve performance goals. * **Technical Oversight**: Provide guidance on design, development, and implementation of solutions. * **Innovation**: Introduce new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes. * **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to align objectives. * **Quality Assurance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. * **Reporting**: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 8\+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **software development**, systems engineering, and emerging technologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver projects in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
