Job Title: Cladding and Insulation Engineer **Location:** Qatar **Project:** EPC / Oil \& Gas **Employment Type:** Full\-time / Project\-based **Joining:** Immediate preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Cladding and Insulation Engineer** for an EPC Oil \& Gas project in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating insulation and cladding works for piping, equipment, tanks, vessels, ducting, and structural areas as per project specifications, approved drawings, quality requirements, and HSE standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor cladding and insulation works at site. * Ensure hot insulation, cold insulation, acoustic insulation, pipe insulation, equipment insulation, and metal cladding works are carried out as per project requirements. * Review drawings, isometrics, insulation specifications, material take\-offs, and work packs. * Monitor material handling, surface readiness, insulation installation, vapor barrier application, jacketing, sealant, flashing, and weatherproofing. * Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, construction teams, subcontractors, and client inspectors. * Ensure work is completed as per approved method statements, ITP, project specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor manpower productivity, material consumption, daily progress, and site activities. * Support inspections, punch list clearance, repair works, and handover documentation. * Ensure compliance with PTW, working at height, scaffolding, housekeeping, and HSE requirements. Requirements * Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Construction, or related Engineering field. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cladding and insulation works. * Strong experience in thermal insulation, hot insulation, cold insulation, acoustic insulation, pipe/equipment insulation, and metal cladding. * Knowledge of insulation materials, cladding sheets, jacketing, vapor barriers, sealants, flashing, and fixing systems. * Ability to read isometric drawings, P\&IDs, GA drawings, insulation specifications, and material take\-offs. * Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or EPC project experience preferred. * Familiar with method statements, ITP, QA/QC inspection requirements, and HSE standards. * Qatar / GCC experience will be an advantage. * Candidates available in Qatar with valid QID and immediate joining preferred. Preferred Certifications * BGAS / NACE / ICorr certification will be an advantage. * Insulation / cladding related training or manufacturer certification will be an advantage.
