Summary: Operate cranes safely and efficiently, ensuring stability and compliance with all safety procedures and regulations, while maintaining equipment and collaborating with site personnel. Comply with company HSE policies and participate in safety meetings Key Responsibilities Operate cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with approved lifting procedures. Perform daily pre\-start inspections of the crane and lifting equipment. Check crane controls, brakes, hydraulic systems, wire ropes, hooks, outriggers, and safety devices before operation. Lift, transport, position, and lower materials as directed by the lifting supervisor or signalman. Follow hand signals and radio communication during lifting operations. Ensure crane stability by properly setting outriggers and ground conditions before lifting. Read and understand load charts to determine safe lifting capacities. Maintain accurate records of crane inspections, maintenance, and operating hours. Report mechanical defects or unsafe conditions immediately. Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping of the crane. Comply with company HSE policies, Qatar regulations, and project safety procedures. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills. Work closely with riggers, lifting supervisors, and site personnel to ensure safe operations. Qualifications High school certificate or equivalent preferred. Valid Crane Operator License/Certification recognized in Qatar. Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating cranes in construction. Experience operating mobile \& crawler Valid Qatar Driving Licence . Work Location: In person
