Analyse the translation of relevant information into HSE\&Q Training Matrices tailored to various job functions within the Company. * Facilitate management on SHE mandatory training courses to ensure they meet the highest standards and support the development and introduction of new courses aligned with Company needs. Support Major Projects in establishing their training programs and trainer competencies to ensure employees receive relevant and effective training that improves HSE\&Q performance and compliance. * Contribute expertise in the development of the Safety Culture and Training component of the onboarding program for all QatarEnergy LNG stakeholders to ensure compliance to HSE\&Q requirements.
