Involves critical path analysis, recovery planning, and project controls **Job Title:** Senior Planning Engineer **Location:** Qatar **Industry:** EPC / Oil \& Gas / Construction **Employment Type:** Full\-time / Project\-based **Joining:** Immediate preferred **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Planning Engineer** for an EPC / Oil \& Gas project in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, monitoring, and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6, along with progress measurement, delay analysis, recovery planning, and project controls reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop baseline schedules, recovery schedules, look\-ahead schedules, and progress updates. * Monitor project progress against baseline and identify delays, critical activities, and schedule risks. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Conduct Critical Path Method analysis, schedule impact analysis, and recovery planning. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and project management teams. * Perform schedule health checks and support project controls reporting. * Prepare S\-curves, manpower histograms, resource\-loaded schedules, and dashboard reports. * Support EOT claims, delay analysis, and progress presentations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 8–15 years of experience in planning and project controls. * Experience in EPC, Oil \& Gas, Construction, Industrial, or large\-scale projects preferred. * Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6\. * Good knowledge of MS Project and strong proficiency in MS Excel. * Strong knowledge of CPM, schedule risk analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery plans, and EVM. * Qatar / GCC experience preferred. * Candidates available in Qatar with valid QID and immediate joining preferred. **How to Apply** Interested candidates may submit their updated CV through Indeed. or email on gsoq.rec@gmail.com Work Location: In person
