We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Soft Services Supervisor** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in soft services, cleaning, or facilities management. * Valid **Qatar Driving License** (Mandatory). * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Ability to supervise cleaning staff, manage schedules, and ensure high service standards. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health \& safety regulations. * Must be currently available in Qatar. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage cleaning and soft services teams. * Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards. * Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues. * Prepare staff schedules, attendance, and daily reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
