Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Upholsterer Company: Dar Al Naseej Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full\-time Job Description We are looking for a skilled and detail\-oriented Upholsterer to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, sewing, and fitting fabric, foam, and other materials onto mattresses and furniture frames to produce a finished, high\-quality product. **Key Responsibilities** Measure, cut, and sew fabric, foam, and padding materials according to product specifications and patterns. Fit and secure covers, panels, and padding onto mattress and furniture frames by hand or using upholstery tools/machines. Operate industrial sewing machines, staplers, and other upholstery equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring seams, edges, and finishes meet company standards. Repair or make minor adjustments to defective or returned items as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Work from technical drawings, samples, or verbal instructions from the supervisor. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets. **Requirements:** Proven experience as an upholsterer, preferably in a mattress or furniture manufacturing environment. Skilled in hand and machine sewing, cutting, and fitting upholstery materials. Familiarity with different fabric types, foams, and upholstery tools/equipment. Good eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret patterns, measurements, and simple technical instructions. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
